Shri Chhatrapati Shivajiraje College of Engineering established in the academic year 2009-10 by Shri. Anantrao Thopate (Ex. Education Minister – Maharashtra State).The college is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University and approved by AICTE,New Delhi. In order to achieve excellence of students in the field of science and technology. Students are the most important stake holders of the institute. Main focus is on student centric approach to enhance and improve the level of the student were they become more competent and committed towards their ambitions. Our institute instigates and fosters to achieve leading environment along with the regular academics were the focus is on mastering the skills which make them industry ready to face the industrial challenges in this competitive scenario. Overall development along with social responsibilities by keeping in mind the nation and along with it makes students more responsible and authorized to make decisions for betterment of their own and the society, in which they reside. It gives me immense pleasure to present before you a brief of our effort towards envisioning the goal. Our institute is one of the premier reputed institutes which have taken a small intermittent step towards providing quality technical education. All the credit goes to commendable reputation as well as dedication of the “Rajgad Dnyanpeeth” for all these year, under the valuable guidance of Hon. Anantrao Thopte and other key members.
The mission of our Institute is to develop competent Engineers along with professional skills and responsible citizen.To achieve this, our Team has aligned towards developing this institute as a Centre of Academic Excellence in the field of Engineering and Technology. All the endeavors are concentrated towards fulfillment of this Vision and Mission.
Shri Chhatrapati Shivajiraje College Of Engineering (SCSCOE) is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, (AICTE). New Delhi, Directorate of Technical Education (DTE-Mumbai), recognized by government of Maharashtra, and affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. The management has provided all infrastructure facilities required for providing education. The Institute is having spacious Classrooms, fully equipped Laboratories, Workshops, Drawing Halls, Digital Library and it is stacked with number of systems in network along with Wi-Fi and Internet facilities.
Apart from delivering academic prolific content and skilled teaching through practical experiences, the student are encouraged to upgrade themselves through bridge courses by interacting with industry- resource person. Through Local Guardian Scheme, Professors assist them in resolving academics as well as career-related problems and inspire them for attaining milestone and develop overall personality.
We are in constant touch with parents and keep notifying them the performance of their Son / Daughter through meetings, letters and telephonic conversation. Industry demands technocrats in various sectors to serve therefore; the Placement of young energetic engineering students of our prime importance.
